Target Style: Dots

I love polka dots for spring. There is just something so fun about polka dotted pieces. Plus, I love how perfect the patterns lend themselves to some print mixing (click here for my mixed prints tutorial)! My fave combo is dots and leopard (reminder: leopard is a neutral) but for the daring, dots and floral can work. Or, of course, you can keep things simple and pair your dotted pieces with denim (either a chambray top or jean shorts). How cute are these (love the anorak and dress!)?

I’m also loving the cute polka dotted jeans I’ve been seeing everywhere lately (love this look and this fun DIY). It’s such an interesting way to change up your denim! The Target dotted pants above are great, don’t you think? With a chambray top and sandals I could wear those light pants all spring/summer. And then, there’s just the classic looks (evidence here and here) that will never not be in style. There really are so many ways to wear polka dots! So… do you dot?
