“This life is what you make it. No matter what, you are going to mess it up sometimes, it’s a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you’re going to mess it up… So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life’s a beautiful thing and there’s so much to smile about.” – Marilyn Monroe

Target Style: Dyed

I’m so so so ready for spring – so I was beyond excited to partner with Target to cover spring styles over the next few weeks! I think it’s safe to say everyone loves Target for on-trend pieces that are still affordable (four words – Prabal Gurung for Target) and I was all too happy to scour my local store for their latest. First up is the fun “dip dye” and tie dye trend. Dip die is similar to tie dye (I talked a bit about tie dye style last spring) with more of an ombre look. For my take on the trend, I decided to try out a pair of tie dyed jeans I found with a peplum top I fell in love with, which works for now with a jacket and pumps. Plus, keep reading to see more dyed pieces and how I’d wear these jeans in warmer weather!

And when it gets warmer, I can pair the pants with a tee and my new Prabal Gurung for Target heels!

My tie dyed jeans are a light grey, but I love the red options below. And the sweatshirt looks perfect for lounging around, while the dip dyed shorts would be a poolside necessity come summer. What do you think of the dip and tie dyed trend? Would you try it out this spring? Bring on the warm weather!
