California Dreaming
While I was trying not to slip and fall on the ice in DC, my parents and siblings were enjoying their California vacation. Though they all deserved a lovely family trip, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t jealous. Sunshine, beaches, palm trees… nothing sounds better right now. With no vacation in sight, I’ll just have to continue dreaming, and tough out the gray, gloomy, icy, miserable weather here.
