Snow Day
DC finally got some snow to stick – though not very much at all! Regardless, every state in the country has snow right now, except Florida, so I thought these images were appropriate. Now, who wants to go to Florida with me?

Me! Me! Though really, this morning 6am I headed to work and all the world was silent and covered with that amount of snow that is beautiful but quickly gone from the streets and I thought… I like living in DC this time of year!
The snow and the quiet can be really beautiful – I’ll never forget walking through deserted streets during last year’s snowmageddon and curling up by the fire to play board games when we were snowed in! SO fun!
