Fashion’s Night Out in Georgetown

You don’t have to be in New York City to enjoy Fashion’s Night Out this Thursday! Last year’s FNO in Georgetown was a huge success and I had an absolute blast. This year promises to be even better! Some of my favorite Georgetown spots, like Hu’s Shoes and Wear and Nectar Skin Bar, are participating, along with over 100 other stores, restaurants and salons. If you’re not sure how to make it to everything (Refinery29 dubs this FOMO, Fear Of Missing Out), I suggest printing out a map and marking your top picks so it’s easy to figure out where to go (or check out this interactive map from The President Wears Prada). Also, wear comfortable (chic) shoes and take advantage of the free pedicabs. Not sure where to go? Here are my top picks for the evening.

TARI – 1525 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington DC, 6-12AM – Drink Lambrusco, nibble on prosciutto, and enjoy fashions by Gucci, Zenga, Valentino and meet Project Beltway’s Rachel Cothran.

Urban Chic – 1626 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington DC, 6-11PM – Shop a Shoshanna Pop-Up Shop at 15% off, enjoy specialty cocktails and treats, and meet Kate Michael of K Street Kate.
