Monday Morning

You know those mornings where you totally meant to put on a killer outfit, but you’re so sleepy and unmotivated, you grab something less than stellar and it bothers you all day long? I’m having one of those days. I’m still so exhausted after a bridal shower and bachelorette weekend that I can hardly keep my eyes open. But since curling up in bed isn’t an option, I at least wish I was wearing something more like this…

What did you do this weekend? Any great stories? Anyone want to bring me a change of clothes? Some more coffee? No? Guess I’ll tough it out :)

I am sure you look better than you think!! And i would totally bring you more coffee if I could :)

I had the opposite of your busy weekend- a total bum weekend. Hardly left the apartment, and it was kind of nice for once!

I absolutely HATE those days! You feel so uncomfortable and self conscious all day long and can only think about if you have time to run home and change. I’ve definitely been there, so you’re not alone! I’m sure you look fab, though :)

Yea, those types of days are awkward. But you’ll get to put something fabulous on tomorrow! This weekend I went to a bridal shower – MY bridal shower. It was so much fun but made me realize that the big day is right around the corner. Eeks!

Haha I hate those days! You just want to be like “I swear I’m fashionable!” And you go over all the possible outfits you could have worn?

Don’t worry little lady, tomorrow’s outfit will rock! :-)

I know how you feel! I am in the same boat – had a Sunday night wedding that went super late… so I look like crap today! Wish I were in DC to bring you some more coffee! xo

First rule of getting dressed on Monday: Know thyself. For me, that almost always means some simple black skinny pants and an oversized sweater paired with tons of jewelry. Simple, (my) work appropriate, and most importantly COMFORTABLE. :) But I totally know the feeling. I HATE those days when I put an outfit on and it’s just not working for me.

I love Giovanna. Everything she wears is pure polished perfection.
