Thanksgiving Inspiration

I can’t believe Thanksgiving is next week! And even though I don’t go home for it anymore, it’s still one of my favorite holidays. I love having a few friends over for a big dinner after cooking and getting ready all day. Which is sort of strange since I usually avoid the kitchen at all costs. But something about Thanksgiving gets me inspired…

For my grandma’s stuffing recipe, see this post, and for our Thanksgiving table from last year, see this one. What are your Thanksgiving plans? Any must-follow traditions? Or easy recipes for me to try?!

2 fail-safe recipes – but they both get into touchy territory, as things that need to be “just so” for Thanksgiving. A cranberry relish/jelly and stuffing. Let me know if you want them!

Great inspiration!! I can’t wait for Thanksgiving… will be so nice to sit down and relax and eat some yummy food! It’s my first year not going home… spending it with the boyfriend this year. A little sad, but excited all the same.
