Thanksgiving Style
This Thanksgiving, I’ll be wearing boyfriend jeans and my #12 Packer jersey, but that doesn’t mean I can’t share some cute outfit ideas! Also, see this “Cozy Weekend” post – because you need to be comfortable while enjoying all that food, right?
Images one, two, three / 1. J.Crew sweater / 2. Old Navy shirt
3. BaubleBar necklace / 4. Mother jeans / 5. Marc by Marc Jacobs snood
6. Topshop dress / 7 . Asos shoes / 8. Kain shirt / 9 . J.Crew shoes
P.S. – If you only ever try one thing I recommend, I suggest it be the following recipe. Our family’s molasses sugar cookies are legendary, and the perfect dessert during the holidays. Since I’m not a big pumpkin pie fan, this is what I’ll be enjoying post-turkey.
1-1/2 cups shortening
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Grandma’s molasses
2 eggs, beaten
4 teaspoons soda
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Mix together shortening, sugar, molasses, and eggs. Sift together flour, soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt and add to first mixture. Chill. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

Love this… comfy sweater + hint of flannel + chunky scarf and leggings or skinnies = the perfect recipe for cozy weekend style! So lovely to FINALLY meet this weekend, now come back to NYC! xx
Was great to see you! Will hopefully be to NYC again soon!
I think mixing 1, 2, 4, 5, and 9 will be my Turkey day outfit. Thanks for posting!
Love that combo!
Saw you were a DC blogger! ALways a follow! I currently go to GMU in fairfax =]
Love DC area blogger friends! Thanks for following!
Both outfits are adorable, but the casual one looks much more comfy for all the overindulging :)
Totally agree :)

Yes! Love her!
Such cute outfit ideas! I’m loving any leopard print shoes these days.
Totally with you on the leopard!
loving your style and your blog :)
Oh thanks so much! Always wonderful to hear!
I always debate on where I should dress up more or stay casual since I will be cooking. It’s so hard but let’s face it…it stinks to stain silk or satin. Have a great Thanksgiving!
Agree! And this thanksgiving, I’ll be wearing my football jersey!
would love to see pictures of your thanksgiving outfit and dinner :D :D
