Spring Style Trends
Last week I had the pleasure of attending a style network luncheon at the new Michel by Michel Richard restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton, Tyson’s Corner. Both the food and the fashion was amazing, and with all the new stores that have opened at Tysons Galleria recently (Louis Vuitton, Elie Tahari, and Tory Burch to name a few) I was thrilled to hear what they have in store for spring!
One of the trends from winter that is continuing to spring, thankfully, is neon – I love the bright, electric colors and am so happy they are sticking around! Especially when paired with another trend, nude/pretty pale colors, neons are perfect for spring. Tangerines, electric yellows, and pops of bold blues are my picks! I’m also excited about the aquatic colors, ethereal gowns and general Atlantis inspiration. Alexander McQueen and Louis Vuitton had some gorgeous examples of this trend. But my absolute favorite trend for spring is the nod to the roaring 20s – flapper fab and Gatsby inspired. Think glamorous 20s siluettes, long necklaces, fringe and Art Deco glitz.
Other trends include “Sporty Spice,” “High Volume,” and “Graphic Artistry.” Check out all the stores at Tysons Galleria here and get ready to do some serious spring shopping!

I love the neon trend too!
I love the neon and pale/pastel trend. But, the huge 3D graphic prints I could do without. They’re so headache inducing.
So glad the neon trend is still sticking around! I bought this bright yellow swim suit from VS last year and I LOVE it! I look like a walking highlighter haha
