Outfit + Occasion: SXSW
It’s not Bonnaroo and it’s not Coachella, but for those of you lucky enough to be heading to SXSW, you’ll still need to put together some killer outfits. To help, I scoured articles like this one from the New York Times and this one from Refinery29 and compiled everything you may need to help decide what to wear, and pack, for the occasion.

PACKING LIST: light layers, open knit sweater, high-waisted shorts, vintage accessories, floral prints, tights (for under shorts), sheer shirts, denim (consider pairing with more denim/chambray), cross-body bags, cowboy boots or western booties, maxi dresses and skirts, colored jeans (extra points for pastels), day-to-night dress, hat, comfortable flats, Ikat and Navajo prints, vintage tees and basic tanks, Converse shoes, light jacket and sunglasses. And room to bring back shopping finds!

I think these are some great picks! The only other thing I would add is a substantial jacket just in case! A couple of years ago a cold front came in randomly the last 2-3 days of the music weekend. I think it caught everyone by surprise! I think we’re just expecting a little rain this year, though.
