I’m already pretty obsessed with Rachel Roy (gorgeous, talented, smart), but after seeing images from her trip to Brazil and learning about her collaboration with Brazilian musician Seu Jorge, I’m head over heels. This summer, Rachel Roy is launching a special RACHEL Rachel Roy capsule collection with Seu Jorge, who is considered by many a renewer of Brazilian pop samba (he cites samba schools, and American soul singer Stevie Wonder as major musical influences). Inspired by casual 70′s-era glamour, the RRR x Seu Jorge collection fuses the “unbreakable spirit and tradition of the Brazilian people” with a free-spirited beach vibe that’s perfect for warm weather dressing.
