So obviously in this heat you wouldn’t want to wear the jacket outside, but I always have one with me for when I’m in air conditioned spaces (since I freeze) and I have to admit, I’m obsessed with this combo.     I wouldn’t normally consider wearing as much neon as that but I actually really like the outfit! I’m so with you on the AC front…it’s always too cold!
