So my days lately are pretty jam packed with work and class… but luckily, I love both – and I love fall. The leaves are (slowly) changing, pumpkins are everywhere, my birthday is fast-approaching (yay!), and it’s finally jacket season. During the work week, there is nothing I’d rather wear than slim black pants, fun heels, and a great jacket. It’s definitely my “go-to,” and transitions perfectly from work to class. Whether I’m in a meeting or reciting a case, I absolutely need to feel comfortable/confident.

Marshalls surveyed more than 1,000 women and found that 71 percent wish they were more confident and 61 percent of women employed full-time say they have a “go-to” item of clothing that they wear to instantly boost their confidence. For me, (as I said) that’s a great jacket with skinny black pants and killer heels. It’s pretty much my work-week uniform. Here, I found all three items at Marshalls!
