INTERMIX is a favorite store of mine, so on Tuesday night, I stopped by to celebrate the relocation of the Georgetown INTERMIX store to Cady’s Alley. The new store looked great, the clothes were fantastic, the cocktails delicious, and the music was amazing – it’s not every day you get to shop while Passion Pit DJs a set of their music! Yes, PASSION PIT! And I took tons of photos!

Brooks Brothers In Georgetown

Exciting news for fans of all things preppy! Brooks Brothers has officially arrived in Georgetown! The new store opened at 31st and M Streets, and to celebrate, they held a private launch party where guests previewed the collection while enjoying cocktails, appetizers, music, and an incredibly good looking crowd! The three-floor store (over 20,000 square feet) actually feels more like a country club or a manor, complete with a pool table and beautiful back patio. Fashion’s Night Out in Georgetown

You don’t have to be in New York City to enjoy Fashion’s Night Out this Thursday! Last year’s FNO in Georgetown was a huge success and I had an absolute blast. This year promises to be even better! Some of my favorite Georgetown spots, like Hu’s Shoes and Wear and Nectar Skin Bar, are participating, along with over 100 other stores, restaurants and salons. If you’re not sure how to make it to everything (Refinery29 dubs this FOMO, Fear Of Missing Out), I suggest printing out a map and marking your top picks so it’s easy to figure out where to go (or check out this interactive map from The President Wears Prada).
